College Underground Radio declares music artist Pearl Burrell the winner of November’s “Discover”.
“November’s “Discover” killed with over 31,000 votes and Pearl Burrell conquered with over 25,000 of those votes.” said David Hottle, President of College Underground Radio.
Hottle added, “The idea behind “Discover” is for our listeners to discover a band or artist before they become mainstream” and “It is virtually impossible for today’s artists to get airplay on regular radio.
